Completed in 2023, Pearl House Residences comprises 40 high-end studio apartments overlooking Nottingham’s iconic Market Square, placing students in the heart of the city’s cultural, retail, and nightlife scene. With studios retailing at up to £220 per week, the scheme has set a new benchmark for luxury student living in Nottingham, offering hotel-style interiors, private kitchens, smart technology, and access to on-site management and concierge services.

The strong demand is a clear sign that Nottingham remains a thriving and desirable destination for student lettings, bolstered by two world-class universities and a steady pipeline of domestic and international students.
