The early years
The early years
Our journey began with Managing Director Tajinder acquiring and developing a series of local residential properties across Nottingham.
These early schemes laid the foundation for a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
By building a strong portfolio and learning every stage of the process, we established a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of local markets.




2015 - 2023
The growth phase
With experience and credibility in place, we began to scale. Larger residential schemes, more complex planning work, and new funding structures enabled us to increase output and impact.
Our team expanded, our partnerships grew, and we developed the internal capability to manage full life cycle developments, from land acquisition through to delivery and longer term asset management.




2024 onwards
Going national
Today, we are actively expanding beyond the East Midlands.
Backed by a proven track record, a multidisciplinary team, and a robust development pipeline, we are pursuing residential and mixed-use opportunities across the UK.
