We’ve got some really exciting progress to share from our Cross Street development in Arnold! If you haven’t seen it yet, this project is transforming the former Baptist Church on Cross Street into much-needed new homes right in the heart of the community. Since planning permission was granted earlier this year, things have moved quickly on site. Excavation and clearing works are now in motion, groundwork is being readied, and the team are preparing to breathe new life into the 1909 church building by converting it into modern, well-designed homes. The scheme includes nine apartments in the renovated church building as well as 14 new build apartments adjacent to it, bringing a total of 23 quality new homes to Arnold a great boost for the local area and housing options nearby.

We’re keeping the character of the site in mind too. Where we can, we’re retaining parts of the original structure and blending the old with the new in a way that respects the building’s history. And as works progress, you’ll see more and more of that vision coming together on Cross Street.

Just like with all our projects, we’re focused on making this a smooth, positive experience for neighbours and future residents alike and we’ll keep sharing updates as things continue to take shape.
